Overview
Abraham Lincoln Aviary
Aviary is a great destination for bird lovers and children. This mini-jungle located in a heart of Polanco, is a home to parakeets, canaries, ducks and peacocks. A small circular pathway takes visitors on a tour around the aviary and a tiny pond in the middle.

Very small but cute

The aviary is tiny but it's charming at the same time. The admission is only 7 pesos so if you are at the Lincoln Park or at the Lincoln Park playground you should definitely pay it a short visit (it takes about 15 minutes at the most to see it). A lot of birds are flying freely and they don't seem to mind the visitors but some birds are kept in cages. It's really a nice way to escape the noise of the streets and enjoy the sounds of a tropical forrest. My kids enjoyed our short visit there and so did I. This is a personal opinion of a KiddieMundo user.
