Overview
Marie’s Garden
Just 10 minutes away from Brussels your family can enjoy a real taste of country life, picking your own organic fruits and vegetables – a fun activity for all family members. Marie’s Garden grows over 30 different sorts of organic fruits, vegetables and flowers throughout the year (like strawberries in summer or pumpkins in the fall). You and your kids are able to come and pick them during all seasons. To prepare your trip, please take a look at the Marie’s Garden harvest calendar.
At your arrival, you will receive a few words of explanation, and the tools to do your picking. You will stroll along Marie’s Garden fields, and pick your selection of crops. When you’re finished, you pay at the shop per piece or per weight depending on the variety. Entrance to Marie’s Garden is free: just pay for what you pick. There’s no need to make an appointment.

Great for weekend outings

Interesting way to spend some time outdoors. Depending on a season, my kids enjoyed picking strawberries, pumpkins, kale and other fruits and vegetables. Bonus: all fruits and vegetables are organic and you pay only for what you've picked up (the prices are pretty good too). This is a personal opinion of a KiddieMundo user.
