Park El Batán (Spanish: Batán Parque Ecológico) is an ecological park, where you will find a playground for children, a sandpit, a pond, an outdoor gym, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, soccer fields picnic areas as well as the last monumental work of Diego Riviera made out of mosaic called “The Mirror of the Star.”

In addition, the park features more than 1,300 trees of different species (including Gingko Biloba) and the Wildlife Conservation Management Unit (UMA) with Australian parrots, monkeys, macaws and turtles. On weekends the park runs a children’s train.
