The Little Gym Wezembeek
The Little Gym Wezembeek
The Little Gym of Wezembeek uses movement, music, learning and fun to nurture ongoing skill development and boost self-esteem of all children participating in the classes. Kids progress at their own pace, having fun and building confidence as they develop new skills. The Little Gym of Wezembeek offers:
Parent/Child classes (4mo – 3 yrs):
Classes promote early development and provide a strong foundation for a child’s critical first three years.
Pre-School Gymnastics (3 – 6 yrs):
This program helps children channel their boundless energy to reach developmental milestones and build self-confidence in a fun, structured environment.
Primary School Gymnastics (6 – 12 yrs):
Primary program gives children a chance to tackle exciting new challenges. Each new achievement leads to newfound confidence, determination and a desire to continue improving.
Birthday Parties: (1 – 12 yrs):
The Little Gym birthday program gives the full run of the facility (only one party is held at a time), filling the celebration with instructor-led games, music and fun activities created especially for a birthday boy or girl. And parents don’t have to worry about setup or cleanup – it’s all taken care of.
Camps (organized during school breaks): (2.5 – 7 yrs):
Themed sessions that change every week stimulate physical and motor-skill development with games and gymnastics.

One of the best things I did for my kids
Reviewed 24 August 2016
My kids participated in the Primary Program and absolutely adored it. I wish I could sign them up earlier (I tried but there was no space available on the days I could bring them to the Gym). I loved the friendliness of the instructors (they applauded each child and their achievement with a high five) and the non-competitive philosophy of the gym (children were overcoming their physical challenges at their own pace without competing with each other). At the end of the school year, all children received medals and the head instructor complemented every child on their accomplishments (it was really great for building esteem of the children). Also, towards the end of the school year, parents were asked to participate in one of the classes during which we exercised together and measured our kids' progress in various activities. I also liked that parents could observe all the classes through a large glass wall while drinking a complementary tea and coffee :) We also organized at the Little Gym Wozembeek our kids birthday party and it was an absolute hit. We only had to arrange the cake and everything else was taken care of. A team of 3 instructors (for a group of 12 kids) did an amazing job organizing games, pouring drinks (100% juice or water), cutting/serving cakes and cleaning afterwards. It was the most stress-free birthday party for me and my husband. We could socialize with other parents while the kids had a blast. Important tip: If you want to sign up your kid or arrange for a birthday party do it way in advance. The place is very popular and the priority for singing-up are given to the existing members . Birthday parties are organized only on Sundays (two time slots /one birthday at a time ) so you can imagine how quickly the slots disappear. This is a personal opinion of a KiddieMundo user.
